Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders (POs) from schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, government institutions, and other qualified non-profit organizations. We accept purchase orders by fax at 214.396.5080, by email at Orders@NewLeafHomeMedical.com, or by US mail at the following address:

1. Billing address with contact name
2. If tax exempt – exemption certificate or equivalent if applicable

Please make all checks payable to NewLeaf Home Medical. You can email us a request for our W-9 at Orders@NewLeafHomeMedical.com. Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to process once received. For faster order service, you can also order online with a credit card. Sorry, no online POs are accepted at this time. Please email Orders@NewLeafHomeMedical.com with any questions.

Can you help me choose the right product? 

At NewLeaf Home Medical, choosing the right product from our wide selection of brands and models can be a little overwhelming at first. To assist you in selecting the perfect product to suit your specific needs, we have fully trained and friendly One-to-One Advisors available by phone at 888.739.4330 from 8:30AM to 5:00PM CT Monday - Thursday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM CT Friday, as well as by email (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to answer any questions that you may have.

Shipping/Delivery

Free Shipping! — Most orders of merchandise totaling $75 or more ship FREE to a single delivery destination within the contiguous United States. Exceptions include products with "Shipping Exception Fee" due to carrier fees associated with Oversized Packages or Lift Gate requirements, or products that require a Custom Freight Quote to calculate actual shipping costs. These items are marked in our catalog, and we ask you to call us at 888.739.4330 if you would like to request shipping rates for these products.

*Additional shipping charges apply for items marked "Oversized" and/or "Overweight" and for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Express shipping is not available for freight items that weight over 100 lbs. We do not ship outside of the United States.

Standard Shipping Deadlines — Most orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), generally process and ship within 1 to 3 business days. 

Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select Shipping Deadlines — The deadline for shipping guaranteed expedited deliveries is 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), or 12:00 PM Pacific Time for items shipping from our distribution centers located in the Western U.S. 

Delivery Time — UPS Ground delivery typically occurs within two (2) to three (3) business days or less, but can take up to five (5) to seven (7) business days depending upon your shipping location. Certain items that are oversized or overweight will be shipped via commercial freight only, which may take up to an additional three (3) to five (5) business days. Guaranteed 2nd Day Air delivery takes two (2) business days. Guaranteed Next Day Air delivery takes one (1) business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Special Circumstances — Most orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer or fulfillment supplier warehouse. A back order notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock. We offer a complete range of delivery options. All options, however, may not be available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. At this time, NewLeaf Home Medical does not ship to PO Boxes, Military Address (APO, AE) or destinations outside of the United States.  

Will sales tax apply to my order?

Sales tax is required for all orders shipped to the states of California, Florida and Texas unless the purchaser qualifies for a Tax Exemption. *If you qualify for Tax Exemption: Please contact us at 888.739.4330 prior to setting up your order to coordinate the necessary tax exemption forms.

Can I send a check or money order?

We will be pleased to accept your check or money order as a form of payment and request that you either calculate shipping charges and applicable sales tax (CA, FL, and TX only) by entering your shipping information online (simply initiate the checkout process with your item[s] in the shopping cart, and our automated system will calculate all pertinent charges for you), or call us (toll free) at 888.739.4330 8:30AM to 5:00PM CT Monday - Thursday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM CT Friday to obtain a grand total.

Terms of Use

NewLeaf Home Medical hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by NewLeaf Home Medical in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by NewLeaf Home Medical until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

For all prices and products, NewLeaf Home Medical reserves the right to make adjustments, substitutions, or cancellations due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
