Freight Shipping, In-Home Setup & Delivery Information: Every Med-Mizer home hospital bed is custom crafted exclusively for you in the USA. Made-to-order shipments typically dispatch within 5 to 7 business days (Mon–Fri), with standard freight transit taking an additional 3 to 5 business days.

• Standard Curbside Freight Delivery: Your order is delivered directly to your doorstep. The freight carrier will call you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. (Note: Curbside service does not include unboxing or indoor placement).

• White-Glove Bed Setup Options: Optional In-Home Bed Setup and Setup & Removal of Existing Bed services are available at checkout to place and assemble your bed indoors (adds 3 to 5 business days to total delivery time).

• Return Policy: Due to its custom made-to-order manufacturing, sales are final except for manufacturer defects, inaccurate fulfillment, or warranty claims covered under Med-Mizer’s warranty.

• Fixed Height model offers full powered adjustability of the head and foot sections, but is a budget saver for users who do not need overall height adjustability

• Adjustable Overall Height gives you the ability to custom adjust both the Chair Height when getting in or out of bed, as well as the Overall Bed Height to assist caregivers, in addition to head and foot section adjustability
• One Button SafeTurn Exit fully automates the bed to turn into a chair and allow the patient to safely enter and exit the bed
• Full Chair Position / Power Recliner allows the patient the ability to sit in the bed for added comfort, Watch TV, eat a meal, and socialize, as well as provides independent head and knee adjustment capability like a true recliner
• RollBack in Place articulates the head of bed to almost 90-degrees to alleviate shearing/friction in the lower back

• Pivoting Quarter Rails, Pair are perfect tools for helping you reposition yourself in bed, or as a stabilizer when transferring to and from the bed or standing.
• Mobility Bar(s) work great for pulling yourself up from a seated to standing position, making the process easier and safer. The Mobility Bar and can be ordered as a Single option for Left or Right, or as a Pair to accommodate both sides of your bed.
• Foot Rail(s) offer additional safety and can be ordered for the Left or Right sides, or as a Pair for both sides of your bed. *Mobility Bar and Foot Rail cannot be paired on the same side of the bed.
