LIFETIME WARRANTY
Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and recline mechanisms, and chair frame. EXCLUSIONS: The Lifetime Warranty on the recline mechanisms and chair frame does not extend to models LC-105, LC-250, Elegance, Heritage, Infinity, and Oasis Collections which are covered by the separate warranties as listed below:
SEVEN-YEAR PRO-RATED WARRANTY (Elegance, Heritage, Infinity, Oasis and VivaLIFT! Collections)
For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
• Motor
• Hand Control
• Transformer/Control Boxes
• Heat Pad (except VivaLIFT!)
• Massage Unit (except VivaLIFT!)
• Chair Frame (LC-358XXL only)
• Recline Mechanisms (LC-358XXL only)
• Power Headrest (VivaLIFT!)
• Power Lumbar (VivaLIFT!)
For three (3) additional years, a pro-rated warranty will be made available for the following parts:
• Motor
• Hand Control
• Transformer/Control Boxes
• Heat Pad (except VivaLIFT!)
• Massage Unit (except VivaLIFT!)
• Chair Frame (LC-358XXL only)
• Recline Mechanisms (LC-358XXL only)
• Power Headrest (VivaLIFT!)
• Power Lumbar (VivaLIFT!)
Pride will warrant these components with the following pro-rated schedule:
• Fifth Year: 25% off suggested retail price
• Sixth Year: 15% off suggested retail price
• Seventh Year: 5% off suggested retail price
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (LC250)
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
• Motor
• Hand Control
• Transformer/Control Boxes
• Chair Frame
• Recline Mechanisms
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (LC105)
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
• Motor
• Hand Control
• Transformer/Control Boxes
• Chair Frame
• Recline Mechanisms
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
RF WIRELESS PENDANT WARRANTY
All RF Wireless Pendants are covered against breakage by a 90-day warranty from Pride effective from date of purchase. Warranty excludes loss of pendant.
LITHIUM-ION BATTERY PACK
The lithium-ion battery pack is covered by a twelve (12) month (1 year) warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to fabric.
Pride is not responsible or obligated to pay for labor, service calls, shipping, and/or any other charges incurred for repair of the product. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your authorized Pride provider for information on the current cost associated with a service visit.
• Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
• Labor, service calls, shipping and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically
authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride
• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
• Commercial use or use other than normal
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Order Cancellations
Because NewLeaf strives to deliver customer orders as quickly as possible, most orders are processed and shipped the day they are ordered. Orders that are cancelled after they have shipped are subject to any applicable manufacturer restocking fees, return shipping and original shipping costs as outlined below.
Orders that have been paid for by credit card, debit card, or PayPal may be subject to the non-recoverable 3.5% processing fee that is assessed by the credit card company when a transaction is processed.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction as our customer is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisified with your purchase. Because many of the items offered at NewLeaf Home Medical are considered "Medical Devices," there are a few strict guidelines that need to be followed for medical compliance and hygenic reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
There are certain products that are inherently Non-Returnable due to the nature of the product, sterile/hygienic concerns, or for custom-built reasons. The following products
Restocking & Shipping Fees
The standard restocking fee for many, but not all, items sold at NewLeaf Home Medical is 20%. However, the following supplier-sourced items are subject to restocking fees that are dictated by the manufacturer: Contour Products *Non-Returnable if product packaging has been opened, otherwise (25%); Drive Medical (25%); Dynarex (20%); Flexabed (20%); Lumex/Graham Field (25%); Invacare (25%); Pride Lift Chairs (25%); Prius (20%); Protekt Mattresses (25%); Rhythm Healthcare *20 Day return policy (20%); and Traxx Mobility (25%).
While many of our products are offered with "Free Shipping," the actual incurred ship-to costs cannot be recouped from the shipping company once your item has shipped. As a result, this cost will be deducted from your eligible return refund. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return item(s) was damaged during shipment to you, the item you received was not what you ordered, or the return is due to a warranty issue.
Return Timeframe & Requirements
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your order *If your item is not classified as a "Non-Returnable" item, or the manufacturer stipulates a different return window period. If you need additional details or have questions about a product before placing your order, or if you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team at 888.739.4330. It is IMPORTANT to note that:
Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition.
Return items must be shipped back in the original shipping carton with manufacturer retail packaging. *Manufacturers will not grant return authorization if the original box and packaging has been discarded because the retail packaging is necessary to be able to resell the merchandise as "New."
Medical devices like Feeding Tubes, Catheters, Oxygen Tubing/Masks, Bathroom, Bedding or Mattress products, and other items with "hygienic" classifications are only eligible for return if the item packaging is unopened and unused.
