2. What sizes are available for the Value-Flex?
The Value-Flex is available in the following standard sizes:
3. Can I use my existing mattress with the Value-Flex?
Only if your mattress is compatible with adjustable bases. However, Flexabed strongly recommends using one of their specially-designed mattresses to ensure proper flexibility and optimal performance.
4. What type of mattress comes with the Value-Flex?
The standard Value-Flex mattress is an innerspring mattress with plush padding, built specifically to bend and flex with the adjustable base. Other mattress types (memory foam, latex, etc.) may be available upon request.
5. Does it come with a remote control?
Yes, the Value-Flex comes with a wired hand control that allows you to adjust both the head and foot of the bed independently. Wireless and upgraded remotes may be available for an additional fee.
6. Is assembly required?
Minimal setup is needed. Most Flexabeds arrive mostly assembled. You simply attach the legs and plug the bed in. White glove delivery and full installation are available in many areas.
7. What is the weight capacity of the Value-Flex?
The Value-Flex supports up to 400 lbs per side of the bed (for Dual models). For single models, the capacity is approximately 400 lbs total including the mattress.
8. Does the Value-Flex offer massage or USB ports?
No. The Value-Flex is a basic model and does not include luxury features like massage motors or USB charging ports. If those are important, consider Flexabed’s Premier or Hi-Low SL models.

The Value-Flex comes with a 5-year limited warranty. This covers the motor, frame, and components against manufacturing defects under normal use.
